Cotswold

Considered by many to be one of the most beautiful areas in England, the Cotswolds, with its unique stone-built heritage, gently rolling hills and broad valleys, is an ideal destination for the discerning visitor.

Part of the famous movie, like Bridget Jones's Diary and Stardust was filmed in Cotswold. In startdust, the mythical village of Wall is actually parts of two medieval Cotswold villages. The Lake District village of Bibury, lined with natural stone cottages. And, the lushly wooded village of Castle Combe, virtually unchanged since the 12th Century.

Bibury
William Morris called Bibury ‘the most beautiful village in England’ and it remains most attractive in its setting alongside the river Coln.

Bouton-on-the-Water
Probably the most popular village in the Cotswolds, and often referred to as the Venice of the Cotswolds because the River Windrush runs right through the centre. The combination of this clear sparkling water and the attractive low bridges crossing it create a charming scene.

The Slaughters
It is a Conservation village in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The village has been used frequently as the setting for both commercial and fictional film and television productions.

Staddle Stones

Stow-on-the-Wold
A hill-top town and famous as a centre for antiques, Stow has a long history and probably dates from a prehistoric fortified settlement on top of the hill.

The Oldest Inn in England

Obviously, I have no problem on this...

Who can do a before & after like this???

On-the-Way Home..

Flowers grow naturally here... isn't it nice?

4th Day in London

19th May, I got nothing to do but stay at home. To recover a bit from jet lag. =D

3rd Day in London

18th May, I took a train down to London City. Had my lunch in the city and walked around the city. I like the building in London city very very much, the city is full with old style building, very different from those modern type of building in KL.

The only sad thing is ..... the living cost is too high here, especially the travel ticket... =(
